Terms & Conditions for Instalment and Digital Payments
To ensure secure transactions and maintain our service integrity, customers utilising credit cards or e-wallet instalment plans must adhere to the following operational policies:
Account and Credit Limit Requirements
-
For Credit Card 0% Instalments: The total cost of the repair must be fully available within your current credit limit. The issuing bank will temporarily block the full transaction amount from your limit and subsequently charge it to your monthly statements divided over the 12 month period.
-
For Atome and Shopee PayLater: The pre-approved spending limit provided by the respective merchant platform must be sufficient to cover the total bill inside your e-wallet application before the transaction can be processed.
Security and Card Ownership Verification
-
Orange Fix Services operates under the strict legal assumption that the customer presenting the payment method at our premises is the rightful owner or authorised user of the credit card or e-wallet account being utilised.
Strict Non-Refundable Policy
-
Once a transaction has been successfully processed and charged through our payment gateways or terminals, all payments are final. No refunds, modifications, or cancellations are permitted under any circumstances.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I split my repair bill using two different payment methods?
No, we do not support split or partial payments for a single repair invoice. Each bill must be settled in full using a single payment method, whether that is entirely via cash, a single DuitNow bank transfer, or fully through one chosen instalment provider.
Are there any hidden admin fees for the 0% credit card instalment plan?
No, our 12 month credit card instalment plan is strictly 0% interest with no hidden administrative fees from our side. However, you must ensure you do not miss your monthly bank statement deadlines, as your issuing bank may impose their own late payment charges.
What happens if my instalment payment gets rejected at the counter?
If a platform like Atome or SPayLater rejects the transaction due to a limit shortage or security block, the repaired item(s) cannot be released. You will need to settle the outstanding invoice using an alternative method such as cash, DuitNow transfer, or a standard credit card payment before collection.
