ToggleImportant Update: Orange Fix Services Operating Hours
Sunday and Public Holiday Workaround
We are making a structural change to our weekly schedule at Orange Fix Services, and we want to share the news with you directly.
Please note our updated operating hours: Our physical shop in Subang SS15 is now closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
We have tried our absolute best to keep our doors wide open seven days a week to be there for every single person dealing with a sudden Mac emergency. However, running a high intensity micro soldering repair shop every single day without a break has taken a heavy toll on our team focus and physical rest. Rebuilding fried logic board rails under a high power microscope requires 100% precision. If our technicians are burnt out, the quality of our engineering suffers, and we refuse to do half baked, exhausted work on your premium Apple hardware.
We are taking Sundays off as a mandatory rest day for the whole team until we can hire more top tier, highly capable technicians who meet our strict diagnostic standards. (And yes, the long term plan is to expand directly to your hometown states soon so you don’t have to drive all the way down here!)
Out of State & Holiday Workaround: Advance Appointments Only
Even we are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays, we are absolutely not leaving our out of state or tight schedule customers stranded.
We know how many of you face incredibly specific timing issues:
You are driving down from Penang, Johor, or East Coast states to Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, or taking a family holiday up in Genting Highlands, and your only free time to drop off a broken Mac is on a Sunday.
You are an international or local student returning here for your short summer holiday break and need a fast battery or keyboard replacement before the new semester starts.
You work during normal office hours from Monday to Saturday, and Sunday is literally your only free day of the week to run personal errands.
If you fall into any of these situations, you can still get your Mac serviced. If you wish to visit our Subang SS15 workshop on a Sunday or Public Holiday, an advance appointment is required.
As long as you drop us a WhatsApp message a few days ahead of time to lock in a specific slot, our team will coordinate to meet you at the shop, check your hardware, and get your repair moving quickly.
Check Our Google Business Profile Before Coming
Because holiday schedules and festive breaks can shift throughout the year, please make it a standard habit to check our official Google Business Profile online before you make the drive down to Subang Jaya. We keep our live operating hours, unexpected temporary closures, and holiday appointment slots updated in real time on our Google map listing so you never waste a trip or get stuck in traffic for nothing.
If you are planning an urgent weekday or Saturday visit, you can stroll straight into our Subang SS15 shop without any appointment.
Subang Jaya: No.22 – 1, Jalan SS 15/8, SS15, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor. (We are located just a short walk down from the SS15 LRT Kelana Jaya Line Station).
Petaling Jaya: Level HN, 1Powerhouse, Bandar Utama. (Strictly for pre-arranged corporate or scheduled drop off . Please make sure to WhatsApp us first so we can notify the Level HN reception desk for you!)
Frequently Asked Questions
How many days in advance do I need to book a Sunday or Public Holiday appointment?
We recommend contacting our team at least 2 to 3 working days in advance to secure a Sunday or Public Holiday slot. This lead time allows us to ensure a technician is assigned to you, confirm we have your specific replacement parts ready in our shop, and prevent overlapping schedules with others.
Will I be charged an extra “premium rush fee” for booking a Sunday appointment?
No. We do not believe in exploiting our customers tight schedules or emergency holiday timelines. Our standard testing fee, hardware replacement, and logic board repair fees remain exactly the same regardless of whether you drop off your Mac on a standard weekday or during a pre-booked Sunday.
What happens if I drop off my Mac via a Sunday appointment? Can I get it back the same day?
If it is a straightforward physical component change like a degraded battery or an older keyboard or trackpad, and your appointment was pre-booked, our technician team will try their best to complete the work within a few hours. However, if your machine is dealing with severe liquid damage or a spoiled logic with many broken power and signal lines, it will still require our standard 2 to 3 working day cycle to undergo full checking and testing.
